Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with AUTO INTERIORS, LLC or purchasing AUTO INTERIORS, LLC products. Return/Cancellation Policy
Under no circumstances or conditions will credits, refunds, or exchanges
be processed for 'made to order' leather seat covers or for leather
items, or leather kits, containing custom editions. All Sales Are Final! In regards to Installation Kits, Liquicell Inserts, Seat Heating Elements, Vinyl by the Yard, Catalogs and Brochures, and any other stock product -> When a product is authorized for return by AUTO INTERIORS, LLC, you will receive an email outlining proper procedures and documentation needed. Each return will receive a Return Authorization number (RA#), the returned product will be identifiable by this number. A 10% restocking/repackaging fee will be assessed to all returned merchandise. Items sent to us without an assigned RA# are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If a product returned to us is not in new condition, in the original container and with the original paperwork, we will not accept it and it will be returned to you, and we will not issue a refund, credit or exchange. If an item is approved for refund, credit or exchange, we will not ship the replacement product(s), issue a refund or credit, until the original is returned to us, inspected and approved. All shipping and handling charges for returned items are the responsibility of the cunsumer. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for a chargeback to appear on your credit card account.

Warranty Disclaimer
This site and the materials and products on this site are provided with and without warranties depending on product, service and manufacturer, whether expressed or implied. Katzkin Leather, Inc. provides a 36,000 mile / 3 Year Warranty on their leather kits. Contact AUTO INTERIORS, LLC's Customer Service Department for additional details at (877) 4-KATZKIN between 9am and 5pm EST, Monday thru Friday. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, AUTO INTERIORS, LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. AUTO INTERIORS, LLC does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. AUTO INTERIORS, LLC does not make any warranties or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Limitation of Liability
AUTO INTERIORS, LLC shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if AUTO INTERIORS, LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Typographical Errors
In the event that a AUTO INTERIORS, LLC product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, AUTO INTERIORS, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. AUTO INTERIORS, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, AUTO INTERIORS, LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. Although, If you believe or find that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or typographical errors are addressed by you, and found to be incorrect, you may be entitled to an award for our appreciation in the pursuit of customer satisfaction and trust.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by AUTO INTERIORS, LLC without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
